Most clients start with full-time during the initial build phase and shift to part-time after the product stabilizes.

Can your PM work with our existing tools and processes?

Yes. Our PMs adapt to your existing stack — Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, or any other tool your team already uses. We don't force a migration. If you don't have established processes, we set them up during the first week based on your team size and delivery needs.

What's the difference between a PM and a Scrum Master?
